All in-house courses
All in-House Courses are private, on-site courses taught wherever you want, whenever you want, however you want. Our in-house courses are convenient and save you time, money, and hassle. They can be delivered in three ways:
Standard Courses: We will deliver standard in-house courses as detailed in this directory. Courses are generally 1 to 5 days in duration.
Tailored Courses: We will work with you to tailor any of the standard courses to deliver a training solution that meets your particular business needs and learning goals. During the tailoring phase we will:
- Focus our efforts on understanding the core issues and challenges being faced by your organization.
- Identify a clear linkage between what your people will be learning and the mission, vision, values and performance objectives of the organization.
- Identify the level and content of training required based on an assessment of the participant’s current job positions, knowledge, skills, experience, and
attitude towards completing the course. - Develop appropriate experiential activities, case studies and discussion topics based on core issues and challenges. This is essential in order to add
relevance and value to the learning experience. - Finalize and agree the course aim, learning objectives, content and time available for the course.
